Kyle has years of experience in the industry with a strong technical background.  He is a PRINCE 2 project management practitioner which makes him well suited for complex designs.  His background and interest in technology has large functional application in the industry and his understanding of the building codes comes from past business in geothermal technology, solar energy and building envelop diagnostics.  Kyle graduated with his honours BA degree from McMaster University and continues his education with continued relevant certifications.  He is a fully certified in thermography by FLIR technologies and has many accompany certification in the field.  He has managed start to finish all size and scales of project and prides himself in lasting working relationships.


Dwaine has a BBA from Northwest Missouri State University with a major in accounting and a minor in finance. Subsequent to university, he has obtained his Certified General Accountant’s (CGA) professional accounting designation. He has worked as a public accountant and in the forest industry for fifteen years as a controller and a project accountant overseas. Prior to spending the last four years in the fabric building industry, he ran his own business selling forest equipment in North America.  Dwaine will be responsible for all the accounting and finance aspects of the business as well as sales

 General Manager

Lawrence became a joint owner in Pacific Apex in 2019. He has 15 years of experience in the industry. His background is in structural steel, welding, mechanical equipment installation, and construction. He is a Red seal Ironworker and Journeyman welder by trade. He has high regard for safety and the employees. His mechanical aptitude and exceptional understanding of constructability give him a practical understanding of the installation and operation of industrial projects. He is focused and committed to overseeing the daily operations of the business.  

Project Manager

Chad has worked and continue in the Ag, Mining and industrial sector since 2003. He gained Interprovincial Journeyman in Welding in 2007 and his Interprovincial Journeyman in Industrial Mechanics in 2015.

He has been involved in design and build operations for grain and mining companies. From grain handling to saltwater brine injection piping and pump installation as part of Potash mining operations. Grain cleaning, feed milling, and processing installations and maintenance. Wheat flour, oat, and other grain milling operations and maintenance. Dry and liquid fertilizer handling system repairs, maintenance and installations. Oilseed processing and production as well as many other commodity handling and stationary equipment repair, maintenance and new installations.

Caine has worked in the industry since 2008 and in his years has participated in many different trades and disciplines. He has worked on the design and building of multiple facilities ranging from oil and gas to mines and agriculture facilities.

Caine is a red seal Metal Fabricator/Fitter and is very adept at custom fabrications, he has extensive experience in all applications, sheet metal, piping, structural, tanks etc.  Since 2014 Caine has branched into mechanical install and maintenance as well and has helped develop maintenance schedules for multiple companies/facilities. He thrives on new procedures and is constantly looking for ways to improve and be proactive in equipment maintenance. In all projects whether it be maintenance or new construction Caine takes safety very seriously and ensures that projects are completed expeditiously with everyone’s safety taking priority.
