Pacific Apex responded to a breakdown and completed the following in the field in 3 working days.

Removed all damaged components. Fabricated new stainless steel side covers.

Machined new shaft:

• Installed new take up block bearings

• Installed new take up rods

• Installed existing split sprocket and chain
